• If your Hard Disk is changed, you will have to purchase new license of Software. There will be no upgradation/transfer/refund in any circumstance.
• License once activated, will not be deactivated or transferred in any circumstances.
• Payment once made will not be refunded in any circumstances.
• All information displayed, transmitted or carried on ARPS Technologies Private Limited is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• This site is designed, updated and maintained independently by ARPS Technologies Private Limited The content is owned by ARPS Technologies Private Limited You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited Values the privacy of information pertaining to its associates. We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to our website or any information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any outside sources.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited will not use information about you without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage and control the information that you have provided. We will enable you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and that we will respond to them appropriately.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited does not disclose any personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password, credit card number and bank account number.
• ARPS Technologies Private Limited will deliver Promotional SMS as well as SMS regarding updates of products to registered customers even if the number is registered for DND. Customer can not claim for such SMS in any circumstances.
• It is mandatory to update to latest available vesion of Software in order to use it.
• Changes can be made at any time in policies without prior notice. You can not claim for any changes in the policies in future once accepted.

The products available from Optimum Control are downloadable and functional, you will not receive a physical copy of the software.

Upgrades, Support Renewals, Setup, Training and Service Fees

Fees collected for services are non-refundable once all or a portion of the service has been provided.  Fees for software upgrades and technical support renewals are non-refundable.

Non-subscription purchases

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with the software, we will refund the total purchase price of the software less any non-refundable services (as detailed above).

Subscription purchases

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email helpdesk@arpslearning.com no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date. If later than 7 days prior to the next payment, payment for the next month will still be processed and you will have access to the software for that month you are billed for.

Month-to-month subscriptions

Within 30 days from the original date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with Optimum Control, we will refund your first month’s subscription cost.

After 30 days from the original date of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Month to month OC Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with Optimum Control, we will refund the entire subscription amount.

Subscriptions past 30 days from the date of purchase are non-refundable. 

Acceptance of this Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms herein.

Use of the Optimum Control software or any of the services provided by ARPS Technologies Private Limited indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

• In case of cancellation of an order placed with ARPS Technologies Private Limited the full amount is forfeited and no money is refunded back.
• No Refund will be given for orders placed with ARPS Technologies Private Limited.
• No refund shall be made against inconvenience caused due to network or hardware downtime.
• Refund will be only processed if ARPS Technologies Private Limited rejects an application, if it does not meet the qualification criteria. ARPS Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to reject the application without providing any explanation.
